Due to the increasing amount of no-shows and extremely late notice cancellations that we have been seeing over the last few months, unfortunately with effect from October 2012, we have had to implement a new booking system. A 50% deposit will now need to be received prior to taking any bookings for semi-permanent eyelash extensions appointments, any new client nail extension bookings as well as any face and/or body treatments lasting over one hour. If you have Kavala gift vouchers and are using them as part payment for your treatments, we would still require a 50% deposit, as the gift vouchers will then be used as the final balance on the day.
Short notice cancellations/no shows
We understand that people lead busy lives and are occasionally affected by unforeseen circumstances from time to time but we would respectfully ask that you give us adequate notice if you do not need your appointment. We would appreciate it if you could please ensure you give 24 hours notice for any cancellations or re-bookings; failure to give us the correct notice period will result in a cancellation charge, which means you may lose your 50% deposit money. This has to be enforced out of respect for other clients who could have utilised your appointment time if we had been given adequate notice that you cannot make your appointment.
Repeated no-shows/late cancellations
If a client has two or more no-shows or late cancellations (i.e. less than 24 hours notice was given) within a 6 month period, going forward, we will then require a 100% pre-payment for all future bookings of 15 mins or more - this will be non-refundable and non-transferrable if you cancel with less than 24 hours, as per our standard cancellation policy.
If you are going to be late for your appointment we would be grateful if you could let us know as soon as possible. In the event that you arrive late for your treatment we reserve the right to cut short your treatment to finish at the scheduled time whilst still charging the full amount, on an occasion when the therapist has a client booked in after you. This will be advised to you before treatment commences. Alternatively we will, where possible, offer you an alternative, shorter treatment although the original pricing charge will remain in force.
Changing the length of your appointment
If you wish to reduce your booked appointment, please ensure you give us 24 hours notice so that we can allocate this time to another client; failure to give us 24 hours notice will mean that you will be charged in full for the original appointment.
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time; mobile phones should be switched off upon your arrival.
Please note that due to space restrictions our lounge area can only accommodate clients.
To ensure a tranquil atmosphere, unfortunately babies and children under 10 years old are not allowed to acccompany you for your treatments in the salon.
Please note that only one client is allowed in a treatment room at any time, unless the treatment is taking place in the dual pedicure room or infrared sauna. Children are not permitted to accompany you into treatment rooms.
